4.4 cups water

500 g whole cashews

 20 g salt

  • fermenting bacteria, which can come from the liquids of fermented cabbage or other fermented recipes.


Blend all ingredients together in Vitamix until extremely smooth.  The texture should be creamy, like milk.  Transfer into bowl(s), cover and then set aside.  Leave out and let sit for at least 2 days.
