Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander seeds
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until the spread is formed.

100 g grape syrup/honey
100 g whole almonds
50 g coriander seeds
1 tsp turmeric
