This spread will keep 3-4 days in the fridge.
Ingredients
1 package tofu
2 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
a pinch of black pepper
5 tablespoons olive oil
spring onion (the white part only)
1 clove of garlic (optional)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together in the blender.
Variations:
Add green leaves (coriander, parsley, dill) for a green spread.
Add turmeric and/or mustard for a yellow spread.
