This is a great and easy recipe for chick-pea paste the tastes great, even with no cooking at all.
1 1/2 cups of organic chick-peas, soaked overnight and let to sprout for 24 hours
a parsley or coriander bundle
2 garlic cloves
juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of whole sesame paste
salt and pepper
olive oil for spicing
- Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add some water if necessary.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
