This is a great and easy recipe for chick-pea paste the tastes great, even with no cooking at all.


1 1/2 cups of organic chick-peas, soaked overnight and let to sprout for 24 hours
a parsley or coriander bundle
2 garlic cloves
juice from 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of whole sesame paste
salt and pepper
olive oil for spicing



  1. Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add some water if necessary.
  2. Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
